Listing GuideTheatre companies are invited to submit details on forthcoming
shows to Stagediary for listing. There is no charge.
Details requested Name of show Author(s) Theatre group Location of performance Dates of performances, days of the week & times e.g. March 2-24: Wed-Sat, 8pm (matinee Sun 18 March, 2pm) A description of the show, in fewer than 50 words. (We may edit this: make sure it is descriptive rather than promotional.) The duration of the show: e.g. "2hrs15mins (including 20 minute interval)" Full details on prices: i.e. prices for adults/concessions/children; group prices. Cost of programs Availability of parking. Cost of parking. Public transport access. Wheelchair access. Costs of refreshments at theatre bar, especially cost of a glass of beer, wine, cup of coffee/tea. Telephone number for bookings. Details of any booking fee. Name of the director. Names of other senior production people, e.g. musical director, choreographer Cast: full list of cast is requested, with characters played by each cast member. (Not necessary if most characters play multiple roles.) e.g. Fred Nurk as Hamlet Freda Nurk as Ophelia (Also include full list of chorus members/dancers if applicable.) (Please use the style specified, i.e. in this order: Actor's Name as Name of Character.) No CAPITALS. Full list of production staff and crew: role followed by name, e.g. Designer: Rene Rembrandt Stage manager: IM Bossy Director's note: You are also invited to send a copy of the director's note, as published in the program.
